Sitting on side of a hill, overlooking Falmouth Harbour, you can watch the Superyachts come and go whilst relaxing, listening to the ice 'clink', as you sip a five year old English Harbour rum and coke.
A four minute drive will get you down to the harbour where there are restaurants bars and even a café! Formal dining to roadside vendors selling their local dishes, there is something for everyone.

The accommodation has been stylishly furnished to a very high standard comprising:
Open plan lounge and kitchen with vaulted ceilings and large fans. Large British handmade sofas to seat 10, Turkish antique rugs and and West Indian furniture complete the lounge.
Superb, high quality English hand crafted kitchen with white and grey granite worktops and Bosch appliances. Featuring a large central island with solid oak top, seating for 4 and a prep sink, it is ideal for entertaining. Appliances include a microwave, large American Bosch Fridge Freezer with filtered water and ice, two single convection ovens, 5 ring gas hob, fantastic Falmec extractor, separate high quality filter tap, double Shaws sinks. Small appliances include Dualit kettle and toaster, Kitchen Aid mixer and coffee machine.
Outside dining area with a Neptune oak table to seat up to ten comfortably and relaxed Neptune seating on the veranda for ten. Bifold doors open from the lounge on to the wrap around veranda.
TVs have Netflix and there is WiFi throughout the house.
Separate utility room downstairs with Bosch washing machine and dryer.

The Master Bedroom is located on the top floor with a juliet balcony and balcony with view to the harbour. The air conditioned room has a Super King Louis XV bed from "And So To Bed" with Visprung Mattress and Yves Delorme bedding. With 2 Louis chest of drawers, large wardrobe and dressing table its pure luxury.
The en-suite shower room has marble tiles, double basin and luxurious Lexington towels
Harry's Room is located on the ground floor with air conditioning, a huge antique, West Indian emperor bed with Visprung mattress, Yves Delorme and And So to Bed bedding, overhead fan and matching furniture from And So to Bed.
Its large ensuite has a walk in shower with double basin and bidet.
Jack's Bedroom is on the top floor, with air conditioning and fabulous views over the harbour. It has triple aspect windows and double doors on to a veranda. A beautiful And So to Bed king size bed is the main feature of the room with matching furniture. Mosquito nets and ambient lighting complete the room.
There is a small en-suite shower room with Lexington towels and marble top vanity unit
The Pool Room is on the ground floor and accessed by a short walkway from the hall. With idyllic views over the pool and harbour its a light gorgeous tropical room. A large King size four poster bed with Visprung mattress and bedding from And So to bed, is the feature of the room with a fan and mosquito net giving it a tropical feel.
The beautiful en-suite shower room has a double basin and vanity unit with oak mirrors and frames from Neptune.
The Gym Bedroom is located on the lower ground floor with two lovely Juliet And So to Bed full size single beds. Both have Visprung mattresses and bases and luxurious bedding. The room has air conditioning, mosquito nets and matching And So to Bed floral furniture. There is a large wardrobe, dressing table and two chest of drawers.
The en-suite bathroom is gorgeous with a huge free standing bath double vanity unit from Neptune and a walk in shower.

There are lots of outside spaces to explore with walled gardens around the perimeter of the house to give maximum security.
Luxurious, tropical plants have been used to give the whole house a tropical feel. With a variety of palm trees, Hibiscus and Bougainvillea and may other lovely plants you can see it all at Tuckers. The drive is accessed by an electric gate and key pad entry and there is parking for 6 cars.
The villa has a large veranda, wrapping around the west elevation of the house. With wicker furniture all from Neptune and a large dining area undercover with beautiful table to seat 10, its the best place to entertain. There are copper lights and wire balustrade allowing you maximum view over the harbour. Usual breeze comes from the East of the property. The front of the house has easy access steps with balustrade and lighting at night. There are security lights around the property and cameras.
The pool deck is large and sits in the sun for most of the day so ideal for sunbathing. If you prefer shade then the beds can be moved to the veranda. There are 10 luxury wicker beds from Neptune with cream padded cushions. Towels for the beds are provided. The pool measures 18' by 32' long and has a deep end with a ledge running around the edge for standing with your drink to watch the sun go down. Plastic glasses are available for use in the pool.
