Tuckers is a beautiful villa with Caribbean themes running through each room. The house is now complete and this stunning villa has four bedrooms which can sleep up to 8 persons.
It has been designed so we can rent just 2 bedrooms and additional roooms can be added on for a nightly cost.
Sitting on side of Edoe Hill, overlooking Falmouth Harbour, you can watch the Superyachts come and go whilst relaxing, listening to the ice 'clink', as you sip a five year old English Harbour rum and coke.
A four minute drive will get you down to the harbour where there are restaurants, bars and great eateries! Formal dining to roadside vendors, selling their local dishes, there is something for everyone.
Sunsets can be quite stunning too!

Inside
The accommodation has been stylishly furnished to a very high standard comprising:
There is an open plan lounge and kitchen with vaulted ceilings and large fans.
Large OKA sofas to seat 8 comfortably, Turkish antique rugs and West Indian furniture complete the lounge.
Superb, high quality English hand crafted kitchen with white and beige granite worktops and Bosch appliances. Featuring a large central island with seating for 4 it is ideal for entertaining. Appliances include a Bosch microwave, large American Bosch Fridge Freezer with ice, two single Bosch convection ovens, 5 ring gas hob, fantastic extractor, separate hot water tap for tea making, double Shaw sinks. Small appliances include Dualit kettle and toaster, Kitchen Aid mixer and coffee machine.
Outside dining area with an OKA oak table to seat up to ten comfortably and relaxed Neptune seating on the veranda for 7. Sliding doors open from the lounge and kitchen directly on to the veranda, with our beautiful pool and jacuzzi just a few feet away.
TVs have Netflix and there is WiFi throughout the house.
There is a separate utility room adjacent to the ktichen with a rotary line just outside the door on our tiled deck. Fitted with a drinks fridge and freezer with ice, there is also a Bosch washing machine and a wine fridge. There is no drier as we have decided the sunny Caribean air is more environmentally friendly.
A guest toilet is located off the sitting room.
Bedrooms
Beautiful bedrooms, all with own unique style.
The Master Bedroom is located on the top floor with verandah outside with views to the harbours. The air conditioned room has an antique colonial emperor sized bed with Visprung Mattress and Yves Delorme bedding. With 2 chest of drawers, a large armoire and dressing table, its pure luxury.
The en-suite bathroom has fabulous Italian tiles with two separate showers, double basins and luxurious Lexington towels. The bathroom is completed with a free standing bath.
Bedroom 2 is also located on the top floor with air conditioning, a gorgeous LouisXV And So to bed super king bed with Visprung mattress, Yves Delorme and And So to Bed bedding, overhead fan and matching furniture from And So to Bed.
Its large ensuite has a walk in shower with double basin vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 3 is on the lower floor , accessed by its own door and has air conditioning and fabulous views over the harbour. It has louvred windows and a door on to the small veranda leading to the house steps. A beautiful And So to Bed four poster super king bed is the main feature of the room with matching furniture. Mosquito nets and ambient lighting complete the room.
There is an en-suite shower room with Lexington towels and double basin marble top vanity unit
Bedroom 4 is on the lower floor too, on the opposite side of the property to Bedroom 3. With idyllic views over the hills of English Harbour, it is a light, gorgeous, room. There are two beds - a large King size bed with Visprung mattress and bedding from And So to bed and a kingsize French antique bed with Vi Sprung mattress. The room has a fan and air conditioning and has its own bathroom.
The beautiful en-suite shower room has a double basin and vanity unit with mirrors and antique tropical prints.

Outside
There are lots of outside spaces to explore with walled gardens around the perimeter of the house to give maximum security.
Luxurious, tropical plants have been used to give the whole house a tropical feel. With a variety of palm trees, Hibiscus and Bougainvillea and may other lovely plants you can see it all at Tuckers. The drive is accessed by an electric gate and key pad entry and there is parking for 4 cars.
The villa has a large veranda, along the whole south side elevation of the house. With wicker furniture all from Neptune and a large dining area undercover with beautiful table to seat 10, its the best place to entertain. There are brass lights and decorative caribbean, ginger bread ballastrade, allowing you to experience a true caribean stay. Usually breeze comes from the South East of the property. The house has easy access steps both sides of the house. There are security lights around the property and cameras.
The pool decks eithr side of the pool, sit in the sun for most of the day so ideal for sunbathing. If you prefer shade then the beds can be moved to the veranda. There are 6 luxury wicker beds from Neptune with cream padded cushions. Towels for the beds are provided. The pool measures 17' by 30' long and has a deep end with swimming lane. There are also benches and steps ideal for small children to enjoy. Plastic glasses are available for use in the pool.
