Rates - 7 nights

The rates above are per week for up to 8 people including air con. in 4 bedrooms.
A £250 cleaning fee is payable
ABST tax of 14% of the rental price will be added to the booking which is payable by us to the Antiguan Government.
A Tourist Tax will also be added for each person - $5 USD per night of stay
Please add £200 per night for each additional person, with a maximum occupancy of 10 people in 5 bedrooms.
Weekly rental is normally from 3.00 pm with check out at 3pm. The property is not suitable for babies, toddlers, young children or anyone with walking difficulties due to its construction on 3 different levels with steps, balconies and a pool without fencing from the house, a hand rail and deep end.
Please note we do not allow parties or other events at the property without prior agreement.
Please note our house holds a Covid Safe certificate from the Ministry of Tourism
