Rates - Price quoted below per night night for 2 bedrooms

Availability

• The rates above are per night for up to 4 people including air con in 2 bedrooms.
• There are two extra bedrooms accommodating two people per room and prices per night are £200 per room per night. (Peak periods 19th Dec to 2nd Jan extra rooms at £300 per night) Please notify us when emailing how many bedrooms you require 2, 3 or 4
• The extra rooms accomodate 2 persons
• There is a minimum stay of 7 days stay
• A £250 cleaning fee is payable per week
• Sheets and towels will be changed once a week
• ABST tax of 15% of the rental price is included in the day price which is payable by us to the Antiguan Government.
• A Tourist Tax is also included for each person - $5 USD per night of stay
• The pool and jaccuzzi can be heated at an extra cost. Please notify us if you would like this option.Weekly rental is normally from 3.00 pm with check out at 12 noon.
• The property is not suitable for babies, toddlers, young children or anyone with walking difficulties due its hill side location and steps. The infiinity edge pool is not suitable for young chidren and does not have fencing around it.
• Please note we do not allow parties or other events at the property.
